Up to 10 guests (bride and groom included in package). Additional guests are $40 each. Maximum of 25 guests.
Duration- 15 minutes.

Please Note

Bride and Groom and guests must arrive 10 minutes prior to the ceremony. Couples arriving late may be asked to reschedule.
The use of personal phones and camera equipment is not allowed in the ceremony area.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations prior to July 1st at 12:00pm will be refunded minus $100. Any cancellations after 12:00pm on July 1st are non-refundable.

Reservations and Payment Policy

In order for an event to be guaranteed, The Montgomery must receive the balance in full by July 1st, 2023 at midnight. The Montgomery Event Venue reserves the right to change your chosen time slot prior to July 3rd, 2023.

Venue Usage- Your group will have access to the venue beginning 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. We ask that everyone arrive on time as we will start on time. Please plan to exit the venue immediately when our photographer has concluded their pictures.

Cancellation Policy- Cancellations must be received in writing prior to June 30th, 2023, to receive your deposit back minus $100. Any cancellations made after June 30, 2023, regardless of the reason(s), will result in the forfeit of monies.

CLIENT understands that must obtain a marriage license for legal marriages. More information here: Marriage License :: Clay County, Missouri (claycountymo.gov)

CLIENT agrees to indemnify The Montgomery Event Venue from any and all claims, demands, damages, debts, liabilities, obligating costs, expenses, liens, attorney fees, actions, claims for relief, and causes of action, whether or not litigation is commenced arising from CLIENT’s use of The Montgomery. The Montgomery Event Venue may cancel this event without penalty if The Montgomery is deemed inhabitable due to water or fire damage or something else out of The Montgomery’s control.
